Real SFX were nominated for their special effects work on Doctor Who Series 9 in conjunction with Millennium FX. Other nominees in the category were War and Peace (Jens Doeldissen & Darius Cicenas @ Film Effects) and The Night Manager (Pau Costa Moeller).
This RTS Craft & Design nomination follows a string of award nominations and wins for Real SFX in 2016. 2016 has seen Real SFX being nominated for a BAFTA Craft Award, winning a Cardiff Life Award, a BAFTA Cymru Award and a Creative Arts Emmy!
The RTS Craft & Design Awards for 2016 were hosted by Sandi Toksvig on Monday 28th November at the London Hilton. Real SFX would like to congratulate Jens Doeldissen & Darius Cicenas @ Film Effects for winning this award for their great work on War and Peace.
