Our current apprentice Rowena Griffith-Lewis and Real SFX Company Director Carmela Carrubba were interviewed on BBC Radio Wales by Jason Mohammad this morning as part of National Apprenticeship Week.
National Apprenticeship Week will take place this week between 9th-13th March 2015 and is designed to celebrate apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
National Apprenticeship Week 2015 is about:
* Getting small businesses to take on apprentices
* Promoting the range and bredth of apprenticeships on offer, including those at Higher Level and within blue chip companies
* Celebrating apprenticeships and the level of success that learners can achieve
Real SFX have worked alongside Cardiff and the Vale College and Cyfle to develop a specific apprenticeshiop programme in creative and digital media at our Cardiff workshop. The Apprenticeship Programme is embedded into the Real SFX business plan and there is huge potential for apprentices to grow with us.
